The lemon adds a little acidity and makes the shrimp taste more interesting and spicy. And hard cheese (good and expensive, of course) makes food more noble and fills its taste with new notes. Canapes with shrimps are prepared very easily and quickly, literally in 10 minutes. So, before the arrival of guests, you will have time not only to prepare food, but also to organize yourself. In a few minutes, you should cook the shrimps, cut the cheese and lemon and put all this on skewers or toothpicks, garnish with green onions. Ingredients

  • Lemon 0.5 pcs
  • Shrimps - 200 grams
  • Cool cheese - 120 gr

Directions

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Buy shrimp freeze-dried so you don't pay for ice and protect yourself from spoiled produce. Boil shrimp in water with salt and 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds.

Clean the shrimps, finely chop the lemon without removing the peel, this will give the canapé a special nest and an appetizing color. Cut the cheese into small flat squares.

Thread all three ingredients with skewers or toothpicks in this order: first one end of the shrimp, then the lemon, the other end of the shrimp, and finally the hard cheese. Thanks to the cheese, the canapé will be stable. Garnish the appetizer with finely chopped onions and serve red and white wine to happy guests
