- Prepare the ingredients for the pork barbecue. Cut the onion into rings, cut the tomato into rings.
- Wash the meat and dry it. Cut into small pieces, the size of a matchbox.
- Place a layer of meat on the bottom of the container, salt and pepper on top. Place the onion rings on the pork.
- Place the tomato slices on the onion. Sprinkle with lemon.
- Repeat the process until all the meat is placed.
- Cover the pork with onions and tomatoes and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. You can periodically shake the container to distribute the juices evenly and marinate the meat better.
- Fry on the grill.
