  1. Prepare the ingredients for the pork barbecue. Cut the onion into rings, cut the tomato into rings.
  2. Wash the meat and dry it. Cut into small pieces, the size of a matchbox.
  3. Place a layer of meat on the bottom of the container, salt and pepper on top. Place the onion rings on the pork.
  4. Place the tomato slices on the onion. Sprinkle with lemon.
  5. Repeat the process until all the meat is placed.
  6. Cover the pork with onions and tomatoes and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. You can periodically shake the container to distribute the juices evenly and marinate the meat better.
  7. Fry on the grill.

  • Pork - 1.5 kg
  • Small onion - 10-12 pieces
  • Big tomato - 1 pc
  • Lemon - 0.5 pcs
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Ground pepper - 1 tsp
