Casserole with poppy seed curd
This cottage cheese is made in a water bath with virtually no sugar, whole grain flour. Poppy and apple give it a spicy note.
Ingredients
- 250 gr Cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp honey
- Apple 1 pc.
- Poppy seeds 2 tbsp.
- powdered sugar 2 tbsp.
- salt
- Berries
- whole grain flour 1 tbsp.

Directions
Beat cottage cheese with egg.
Cut the apple into cubes.
Add poppy seeds to curd.
Add apples and honey.
Whole grain flour.
Mix and pour into the mold. If the pan is removable, cover with foil.
Pour hot water into the baking form, place the pot and bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Cool, remove from the pan and dust generously with powdered sugar as... the casserole itself is practically unsweetened. Garnish with berries if desired.
