Another version of healthy fast food! Yes, chips are good.
Ingredients
- 4 new potatoes
- 1 pinch of dried garlic
- 1 pinch of ground red paprika
- 1 pinch of Provence herbs
- 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper mixture
- olive oil 2 tbsp.
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Wash the potatoes, dry them and cut them as thin as possible. Soak in cold water for 2 hours. Drain the water and dry the blanks very well with paper towels.
- Place the potatoes in a bowl, add all the spices (except salt). Pour olive oil and mix everything gently.
- Preheat the oven to 220-230°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the potatoes in a single layer and bake for about 10 minutes.
- The more it is fried, the crispier it will be. Season the chips with salt and serve immediately.
