Another version of healthy fast food! Yes, chips are good.

Ingredients

  • 4 new potatoes
  • 1 pinch of dried garlic
  • 1 pinch of ground red paprika
  • 1 pinch of Provence herbs
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper mixture
  • olive oil 2 tbsp.
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Wash the potatoes, dry them and cut them as thin as possible. Soak in cold water for 2 hours. Drain the water and dry the blanks very well with paper towels.
  2. Place the potatoes in a bowl, add all the spices (except salt). Pour olive oil and mix everything gently.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220-230°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the potatoes in a single layer and bake for about 10 minutes.
  4. The more it is fried, the crispier it will be. Season the chips with salt and serve immediately.
